This project derived from a task of defining and "hacking" into a system. The system I chose was Ad Spaces on Public Transportation, specifically on the London Underground (Last Image).

I decided to use the squares that surround ad spaces to blend in, but to change them enough so that they stood out from the part of the wall they were on. I decided to use protest slogans in both Arabic and English to draw attention to the prejudices our society possesses. I added a link to ACLU because I feel they offer the best information and resources.

This project was completed around the time of the "Muslim Ban" so I decided to focus my attention towards the resistance of such policies and the fight for immigrant rights.
