Street Art Campaign

4 22" x 34" Wheat-Pasted Posters

Originally, we hoped to create a series of tabloids in the public USC Roski space and for public distribution. However, we quickly realized that USC and Roski does not allow students to display their work publicly. This got us thinking about surveillance and censorship. We decided to mock up our frustrations with censorship as a post-no-bills campaign for the general public. We believe it is a concern for everyone with the growth of technology and monitorization, and hope that if our poster series were to be wheat-pasted in the “real world” that it would make pedestrians or drivers stop and think about how much we are both censored and surveilled today.
